Draft objectives #'s 26 & 27 are on breastfeeding and include an excellent
summary of  the most current statistics on breastfeeding.  One important
addition is that for the first time an objective (# 11) to increase the
proportion of pregnant women who attend a formal series of prepared
childbirth classes is included.  Another notable objective (#12) is to
increase the proportion of women who receive a postpartum visit 4 to 6
weeks after delivery.
