Hello Patricia and All!
In regards to your C-section question, a couple of options that are okay
for mom and baby. A good vitamin B complex taken three times daily for 5
days after birth would be effective in helping moms body to get rid of the
toxic effects of medications used during birth. This should also help baby
through "sleepy baby syndrome". Additionally, mom can pump between
feedings if baby is acting extremely tired and worn out, as there may
excess medication from birth passing through breast milk.
For mom's recovery, Comfrey Oil used on the incision site, will speed healing.
If you would like information on Comfrey Oil and how it is used, please
contact me.
Hope you find this information useful.
