Hi all,
I was contacted today by a health professional who was concerned about a
baby's weight. She is 8 months old, exclusively breastfed and weighs 35
lbs. Feeds every hour day and night, Mum not concerned by this. Parents
are not large and there is no family history of large babies. Birth
weight was around 7 - 8 lbs.
Is this baby at the extreme limit of normal? Should she be checked out
medically?
