The Friday, April 10, 1998 Minneapolis Star Tribune featured an article on
the '98 Legislature which included the following:

NURSING MOTHERS
Employees would be required to "provide reasonable unpaid break time" and
make "reasonable efforts" to provide a room where nursing mothers could pump
breast milk in privacy. Requirement appplies to state and local governments
and private employers.
