In response to Hannah's comments about JHL.
I also had some problems last year so approached ILCA a number of times
(always via email and I did get responses) and have recently received the
following information about the new distribution (through a new
distributor):
"JHL is always mailed on the 7th of the month and all US members should
receive their journal before the end of the month (ie March). Non-US
members are having their JHL sent airmail for the first time.
The non-US ILCA Delegates would appreciate knowing when members in their
region receive their Journal as this is a new mailing service. As always,
thank you for your support of ILC during a stressful period."
If you don't have specific email details for your non-US delegate, the next
best thing would be to email the delivery time information to the ILCA
