I tend to recommend that each twin has his/her 'own' breast (long term) -
that way their meals are always 'tailor made' for them - as breasts respond
individually to demand (both in quantity of milk produced and timing) -
mums sometimes worry about getting 'lop sided' but not usually a problem...
