Hale should be a good enough reference for the "three".  As far as
droperidol is concerned, it is not a question of how long it will take
for the drug to get out of the mother's body.  More important is how
much gets into the milk, and that depends on the blood levels.  The
blood levels of most drugs is extremely low.  Furthermore, droperidol
has high protein binding, and thus only a small percentage of the drug
in the blood will get into the milk.

I would not be concerned about feeding the baby as soon as the mother is
awake and up to it.  This is mother's decision anyhow, unless the there
are references that show that there is clear and obvious danger to the
child.  And there aren't.
