I worked with a multiparous mother a couple of years ago who had the
richest milk I have ever seen.  Her baby nursed for five minutes on each
side and was full.  And the baby was a roly-poly chubby little girl.  She
said she had always had rich milk, and her babies had always nursed quickly
and gained well.  Her nutritional status was good.  She herself did not
have an exceptionally high fat diet.  I wondered then, and still do, if it
isn't heredity.
By the way, her milk would bubble when she pumped it!
