A comment on the nurses baby with frequent green stools.
With frequent stools that are heme positive following what seems to be an
infectious gastroenteritis and would be curious about an infectious  cause
especially some of your less common pathogins like a minor parasite.  Have
they checked for stool ova and parasites? (I assume the stools are culture
negative). Usually acquired lactase difficiency only occurs after a really
severe case of diarrhea and should be self limited.
