Don't kid yourself.  The company bigwigs know all about the code even
if this particular person doesn't (if he is telling the truth).
Nobody makes complaints because they know it's useless.  The formula
manufacturers do only what is good for their bottom line, and anyone
who thinks differently... Well, here's a secret:  there's no such
thing as the tooth fairy.
