Thanks for the excellent post, as usual.  Working with a mom here, I
thought we had things going well -- latch looked good, sucks and swallows
were good. Position was good.  On Sunday we had 4 wet diapers between 7:00
am and 6:00 pm, but no stool.  Monday, it dropped to 2 wet diapers!  We had
mom supplement by spoonfeeding glucose water to baby (in conjunction with
talking to her ped.) -- she knew it was just a stopgap measure.... By
yesterday we were back up to 5 wet diapers (Pampers) and 2 good stools.
Hmmm. Do some babies just take a few days for everything to kick in????
