The information I have about low molecular weight heparin is that the
molecular weight is still about 5000 Daltons, which, I think would
make it too big to get into the milk.  Heparin is also ionized and
acidic, I think, and thus should not get into the milk well for that
reason as well.  Finally, there is no oral preparation available (at
least in Canada), presumably because the drug is not absorbed from the
gi tract.  However, my information is sparce.  Tom Hale, can you help
on this one?
