I twice rented a pump to a mom who fed her babies expressed milk in bottles
for over a year each child.  She was unwilling to have her babies at the
breast at all, ever.  Hmmmmm.....
    But anyway, back to hands free pumping, her husband cut holes in her bras,
and fit the tubing through the hole to the breast shield within.  That way,
she could pump and wash the dishes at the same time!  Oh bliss!
    She only pumped 3-4 times/day and completely supplied her babies with her
milk.
