   Local lc has a mother who has been engorged for the last three months
(prior to delivery) Now that she has delivered ( she is three days postpartum)
she is INCREDIBLY ( yess we are screaming) ENGORGED!

   She is so engorged that there is no milk flow.... THe hospital hs done ALL
of the usual - hot/cold/cabbage/pump - to no avail.

    Syntocin was ordered but the pharmact does not have....

    PLEASE... any one with experience with this or any thoughts/ ideas.
