I just happened to call Janssen Pharmaceuticals yesterday to ask about FDA
approval for Motilium.  The FDA application was sent in 1985!  Yes,
thirteen years ago!  The lady I spoke with said they have no idea when it
will be approved but she thought it might be this year.
