Many conferences and study days here are audio taped - with the tapes
available for sale immediately afterwards or by post later.  Tend to be
rather expensive but often an NCT branch (group) will buy one set and pass
them around breastfeeding counsellors and trainees and others interested to
listen to at home.  Not quite the same as the real thing, I know - but a
good second best.
