Jana,
I'd say that the staff should take the 90% bf initiation rate as a clue
that mothers in Ely want to breastfeed.  You might ask the docs if 90%
of their patients had cancer, would they want to keep up on the current
research on cancer care?  Well, if 90% of their patients are
breastfeeding, they should be interested in breastfeeding management
too.  Perhaps your task force could host presentations or write a short
periodic "clinical update" for distribution to the hospital staff,
similar to the lead article in La Leche League's BF Abstracts.
