Many thanks to Luuli, Patricia and Evonne.
Goat's rue (galega) is well-known and used here as a galactogogue. We use
too :
fennel (faeniculum officinale ?) : tea with 30 to 50 g of seeds/1 l water,
or 25 g of root/l water
angelica (angelica archangelica) : tea with a tea spoon of seeds/cup
anise (pimpinella anisum), or "badiane" (french name, I don't have english
name in my Harrap's - illicum verum - starry anise ?) : 15 g of seeds/cup
cumin (cuminum cyminum) : a tea spoon of seeds per cup
caraway (carum carvi) : a tea spoon of seeds per cup
verbena (verbena officinalis) : 50 g of herb/ l water
NB : with my two first baby, I drank LITERS of such teas without any effect.
Sure, it was before I know LLL, and I was dooing all it was said everywhere
: 5 mn at each breast, only every 4 hours, give complements, and pray...
Kindly
