Hi All,
Need some quick info on a decongestant/expectorant called Entex (generic is
Duratex).
I could not find it in Hale 97'. I am assuming it will be OK since most
decon/expec are, but wanted to make sure.
Also, how about the antibiotic Suprax Tab 400mg (Cefixime)? I see that it
is not reviewed, but am again assuming that it would be OK.
Jack or Tom, any ideas?
I have a sinus/ear infection that refuses to clear up with amoxicillan, so
am having to go with the big guns (at least that is what my Dr told me!).
TIA!
Jay
PS: PJ is going in this Friday (barring any more problems) for his surgery.
We have gotten a pedi-anesth who works with premies and infants daily, so we
will be more comfy with this whole thing. Also, the surgery will be done in
an outpatient surgery center about a block away from the hospital. I have
yet to talk to the anesth who will be doing the work to see if I have to go
armed with references for time of NPO before the surgery. Let's hope he is
up on his info, hmmm? J :)
