Dear all
I am currently developing a consulting arm for Nursing Mothers' Association
of Australia whose primary aim is to support and advise employers about
becoming mother friendly workplaces. At this stage there are a few
companies who have taken on our lactation support program. I am keen to
hear of companies elsewhere in the world that have these programs, about
their experiences and, other than the Cohen studies, are there any stats on
the impact of this type of support. Also mother friendly workplace type
policies ie.paid maternity leave, staggered return to work, enterprise
agreements and so on. You can email me privately on [log in to unmask] I
would appreciate any and all information
warm regards (sunny Melbourne is in the 30's right now and heading for the
40's tommorow! oh wilted flower)
