There's no reason to think that Zoloft is any less safe than Prozac in
pregnancy.  Prozac has just been out long enough that there have been some
descriptive studies.  I would have no problem giving a mom Zoloft during
pregnancy if she needed to be on an antidepressant.  The depression is
probably more dangerous than the drug--significantly depressed people
don't take care of themselves very well, as a rule, and suicide is
definitely a danger in anyone who is seriously depressed.
