The use of Reglan is outlined pretty thoroughly in LLLI's The Breastfeeding
Answer Book, 1997, including dosages and time lengths of treatment.  It is
to be used on a short term basis, in mothers without history of depression.

LLLI has this book, and it might make sense for you to get a copy of it,
since it is a fabulous resource.
