Hi,

I have looked in the achives and was unable to find any info related
to breast pain AFTER weaning.

I rcvd a call yesterday from a woman who had recurrent mastitis during
breastfeeding.  She weaned her 12 month old around Thanksgiving and
has recently begun to have breast pain from under the arm toward the
nipple.

She said she has no symptoms of mastitis. But the pain is a similar
pain.

She had a Depropravara(sp?) shot the second week in Jan and is now
taking an antibiotic assuming it is mastitis and thinking this will
help.

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
