I am wondering if the "milk sister/brother" relationship only happens (or is
thought to be significant) when one baby *nurses* from the breast of another
woman. Is the relationship considered "incestual" when only the milk, but not
the mother, was shared? If it is the case that sharing of a mother
constitutes the milk bond, then donor banks would not need to worry about
sharing of milk between babies who may in the future marry or have offspring
themselves.
The preceding was part answer, part question!
