Subject: Vitamin D
Vitamin D is not found in sufficient amounts in breast milk. Where can I
find information about precisely how much sunlight exposure and more
importantly, the quality of the sunlight needed for the proper Vitamin D
production? Can indirect sunlight through a window be sufficient?
When is supplementation indicated?

Thanks
