This goes right along with the Atkins diet (no flaming please) in which, when
you increase protein & decrease complex carbs & simple sugars, the cravings
for sugars and other carbohydrates (chips, doritos,) etc., goes away.
Well, almost all.
Hot buttered popcorn with parmesan cheese is always a craving...
Jan B -- who celebrated one year of her Atkins diet yesterday and still
doesn't have kidney stones or wasted muscles or whatever other dire
predictions were made....
