I, too, am curious what that d stands for - is it dear husband, or
dad-husband or maybe damn husband?!?  please do tell!!!

On to conferences - I have attended many LLL conferences with children and
without.  Luckily my mom is very supportive and has gone with me when I have
a toddler that can't seperate for long periods of time.  I wonder why audio
couldn't be piped into the hallway (where most of us wander with our noisy
babies)?  At church this is what they do.  I love the suggestions you all
have given.
