It seems that the St. Paul Pioneer Press here in St. Paul has taken the cake
in their news reporting on this study. I quote the clip in it's entirety,
placed on their Thursday health news page Jan. 28, 1998:
NURSE BEFORE EXERCISE
New mothers, take note: A hard workout, which can be good for you, can be bad
for your baby if you breast-feed soon after exercise. Mothers pass along
immune protection in their milk, but levels of proteins that carry the
protection drop sharply after the workouts, Indiana University researchers
report in the journal Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise. The
researchers' advice: "Nurse before exercise".
