Again with antibodies in the milk!!!  Try to explain to the mother the
difference between SIgA and the antibodies associated with lupus,
which are not SIgA.  They are something else, usually IgG, or IgM,
neither of which get into the milk in any significant amounts at all.
Even if they do get into the milk, they are not absorbed by the baby
and cannot do the baby any harm.

This problem has now come up with regard to:

Rh incompatibility
Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura
Antithyroid antibodies
