With the hormonal problems in her past, I'm sure this woman will be tested for
any complications that might affect her health, but, as in my case, I also
started periods 4 weeks post partum with my first child even with exclusive bf
every 3 hours (at least)around the clock. I know it isn't common but not
necessarily a problem. I just kept on breastfeeding no matter what and baby
seemed to adjust.( I did get pregnant again in 6 months but that's another
story).
I have heard several references to fussy "after" feeds. Does this mean that
baby pulled off the breast or did mom decide that the feed was over?
