If we know that a certain drug level peaks in both the plasma and milk at
1-2 hours after dosage and the mom is going to not nurse around that time,
does she need to pump and dump the milk at that time to avoid passing that
peak level of drug on?  Also, how long after that peak would the levels be
decreasing significantly? I apologize if this is a dumb question. I just
want to make sure I understand about drug transfers in the milk.   Thanks!
