A number of mothers I have cared for have claimed milk reduction
when taking pseudoephedrine (did I spell it correctly?) especially over
a period of time.  I would say forget the Sudafed type medications if
it is a problem and opt for homeopathic remedies.  Warm compresses, a
vaporizer and "Karvol" (clove, eucalyptus and other oils which are
applied to a pillow-case or washcloth) are just as good.  A whiff of
horseradish will do the job as well!
