When people complain about a conference setting room being too hot or too
cold, figure they have to complain about SOMETHING. Better the room than
the speakers!
Anyway, what I usually say at some point is
"Raise your hand if you are too cold."
"Raise your hand if you are too warm -or having power surges."
Will those people hwo are too cold please snuggle up to the ones who are
too warm, and perhaps you will all feel better!
It usually gets a laugh....
Remember, you can never please everyone....
Other complaints that occur most often is "wrong food, " too much sweet,
not enough chocolate, no vegetarian, not enough meat.... blah blah
blah.....
As I said, you can never please everyone :-)
