I called the Clearing House from New Orleans as soon as Ruth mentioned the
imminent release of this publication.. to order copies of this publication
to be sent to Australia and they said it was 'no problem'.. when it was
delayed I called them again and last week was contacted to say that 'it was
in the mail'.. so for anyone outside the USA, it should be fine.. (well, I
haven't actually got it in my hand yet.. but I've covered all options by
having another copy sent via a US friend.)
