I need information regarding saline implants and the potential of leakage in
relation to breastfeeding - risks etc.  Does anyone have personal experience
with this and/or point me to the best source of information.  Thanks.

Also I will be consulting with a mother who is planning a pregnancy - she is
has a bipolar disorder and takes lithium.  Same thing - anyone with personal
experience or know the best source to find information.  Thanks
