My husband looked this up a little while ago for me: It is in the Rambam.
A woman is required to breastfeed her husband's children. This obligation
comes before anything else, including other housework.
If the couple divorces while the child is breastfeeding, she is required
to continue breastfeeding until the baby is two years old. From two to
five, the husband is required to take care of him. If after five years of
age, neither parent wants him, then the community is required to take care
of him.
If the couple divorces and the baby is younger than six months old, then
the wife can hire a midwife to nurse the baby instead. The midwife must
also breastfeed the baby until two years of age.
If the woman is pregnant and the couple divorces then the woman is
permitted to hire a midwife to nurse the baby, as her obligation to nurse
is not binding since her husband terminated his obligations to her.
