there is a great deal of belief these days that what you Eat can cause or cure
all kinds of things, and then, too, most of us were raised with the eat a
proper diet concept. perhaps the best way to answer this is to point out that
a proper diet and plenty of liquids for the mother will keep her feeling great
and give her the energy she  needs for mothering, not that the liquids are
magically transformed into milk, ounce for ounce.
