My husband has always been delighted I breastfeed. It means he does not
have to get up at night to feed the baby! With 3 small children we are very
unromantic about 'sharing' breastfeeding moments. I breastfeed and Dad runs
about taking the 3 year old to the bathroom at 3 a.m. and soothing the 6
year old out of a nightmare. After a bad baby night (weekends) I unload the
baby around 7 a.m. onto Dad and try to catch a couple more hours of sleep.
Why all the fuss about FEEDING anyway? Dad will soon be able to practice
recipes for rice cereal and bananas...
