I have been working with a Mom whose baby has definite dairy allergy. She has
blood in stools when Mom has almost any kind of dairy. This has all been
confirmed after 3 months and a visit to a gastroenterologist. He told her
that this should all resolve by 10 months of age. I cautioned her about being
too optimistic. Would we not see some form of difficulty with dairy even as
one gets older or does he mean the stool will return to normal even when dairy
is introduced?
