Deep breast pain may be referred pain from the nipples, or may be Candida of the nipples and
ducts. Any sudden, unexplained nipple soreness which follows painfree nursing should be
considered Candida, though blisters occur just like that too. Eczema also may come on after a
period of pain free nursing, but the nipples look different.

Try bursting the blisters with a sterile needle, and then get mother to use Kenacomb ointment,
sparingly after each feeding and then *not wash or wipe off* before next feeding.

If that does not work, try treating with gentian violet and then possibly oral fluconazole.
