There is an intersting article on the subject : Case report : lithium
during pregnancy and lactation ; A Montgomery ; ABM News and Views 1997,
n°1. At four months, the baby whose mother was taking lithium since her
pregnancy did well, was nursing well (always exclusively breastfed) and
developed normally. Perhaps someone in US can give you the entire text
easier than me.
