My .02 cents-
There are women whose religious beliefs proscribe almost all physical
exposure.  Their everyday dress reflects this as well.  These women
sometimes choose not to breastfeed because they think that they must "let
it all hang out".  I think that we do a diservice to many women if we
imply that public breastfeeding also includes full breast exposure and
lots of other visible skin.
