The video "The Special Touch Babies Need, Care of infant with Cleft
Lip/Palate" by Mercy Hospital shows in detail how they make one and how it is
used.  Very easy.  Order is:  The Children's Mercy Hospital, Marge Ellgen,
2401 Gillham Road, Kansas City, Missouri, 64108.  I use the video when I
lecture on cleft lip/palate, in general it is a good video all around.
