As I came back from teaching breastfeeding class Monday night (24
couples!), a very elderly man in a wheelchair on the elevator was looking
at my class supplies and read the name of the video I had shown.
He laughed and said "Breast Is Best!". "I still remember breastfeeding
when I was a little boy." The nurse who was pushing him said, "I wonder if
my little boy will remember breastfeeding, I nursed him til he was 4".
I had to smile because my hospital is in an area where breastfeeding is
returning very slowly, and toddlers nursing are very rare.
