It's interesting that your question appeared on my screen today on this
subject. I was pondering that very question myself. I was thinking that if
there is actually a time frame then this might be something else that we could
tell moms when they raise this concern. The issue is often raised but I only
have personal experience to relate to and the answer for me was yes, around
three years after weaning the breasts returned to their near former shape(add
some tiny stretch marks or beauty marks).
I would be very interested in knowing what information is available on this
subject.
