I would suggest Pepcid or Axid.  Pepcid (20-40 mg) is a super product for
GER,  more potent than Zantac or Tagamet, works much longer, and attains
minimal levels in breastmilk.

The mom could go to drugstore and purchase Pepcid and try it out. A 20 mg
dose is a good starting point.
