This is my first time on Lactnet.  I am a LLL Leader of 15 years, and live in
California.  I have been asked by WIC to design and compile a county wide
plan to increase breastfeeding.  This is to contain realistic goals to be
reached by the year 2000.  I am needing to hear from others who have tackled
this job.  I will have almost complete control over this project and would be
considered an independant contractor.  I have not given my acceptance of this
offer yet.  I have until next week to  decide.  This is a very exciting offer
to be given, but I want to be sure that I have resources.  I will be
responsible for all research.  If you have any advice or help to give I would
