That was a BIG baby!  Was there any assistance in pushing her out?  Forceps
or suction?  The reason I ask, is because if there was any bruising on the
baby, her billirubin would increase.  Remember bilirubin is caused by the
processing of dead red blood cells.  My first had a vacuum extraction, and
had a huge bruise on her head, and a subsequent billirubin of 21!  Just a
thought!  Sorry, I have no input on the medications, just thought maybe it
was a similar case to mine due to baby's size.
