Dear all,

a fellow NMAA Counsellor is leading a discussion with post natal mums in
an area where BF rates are fairly low.  The Health Nurse has asked her to
discuss the benefits of bf past 12 months.  She would like any
information on the subject including nutritional benefits, psychological,
"contraindications" ;) ,  myth-busters etc.  Can any one help?
