I need information about the safety of the drug Lodine for breastfeeding
mothers. The 1997 edition of Tom Hale's book says that there is no data
available but I was hoping there would be more information now. I thought
I read something here, but couldn't find anything in archives. Please
email me privately and to the list since I am (again) behind in my mail.
The mom I'm dealing with is rather desperate, so although beggers shouldn't
be choosy, I would appreciate as prompt a response as is possible. Her MD
is telling her to stop nursing her newborn to take the drug-but he also
told her not to take ibuprophen and I sent her the info on that and it
might be a good alternative.
Thank you all so much
